History of Bio-resonance

A Scientist in the 1930's by the unusual name of Royal Rife created a device that was capable of passing energy waves through a body. He noted that this created changes that were beneficial to health. Over the last six decades scientists and technological research companies with an interest in his original work have developed more and more sophisticated transmitters associated with complex computers. Research and studies have been done into the concept of disease having a particular energy wavelength or resonance, and this fact has been well established for many bacteria, viruses and conditions such as cancer.

It has been shown that passing a wavelength that antagonizes or blocks the natural wavelength of a condition can kill the organism or diseased cell. Much of Royal Rife's work was destroyed by a fearful medical fraternity and since then there have been several stories of practitioners having their records confiscated and doors are closed with regard to the availability of finance for research purposes. Other techniques such as Vega and Voll tests have supported the theory.

Machines, nowadays, are capable of diagnosis by comparing wavelengths stored in the memory of the computer. If an individual resonance matches, say, tuberculosis then a pre-diagnosis of tubercular-like condition can be made. At this junction, firm diagnosis is difficult but the process can be used to support an orthodox finding or help to steer a practitioner in the right direction.

The computer has a set treatment-like program for particular diseases that have individual resonance's and this is correlated with the body's own natural wavelengths, computed and passed back into the patient.

At ICIM often further testing is conducted to confirm such suggestions of particular findings. Bio-resonance testing can be very helpful to both patient and doctor where the underlying cause or root has not yet been correctly identified. We find that this form of testing can be another useful tool in the process towards diagnosis.

The two systems that appear most advanced and which work both pre-diagnostically and as a health management guide are the SCIO and Quantum Xerroid (QXCI) (these two are produced from the same manufacturer) and BiCom.

What do you use this for?

SCIO Bio-resonance testing at ICIM

As part of the ICIM's pre-diagnostic facilities we are using bio-resonance: biofeedback and TENS measuring a physiological response. This system is calibrated to measure the very fine and subtle electrical and subspace reactions to a group of biological and medical substances (more than 8,000 frequencies). The sensitivity is set so fine as to pick up the earliest signs of dis-ease and distress. Testing is capable of uncovering electro-magnetic changes in the body in response to stimuli such as:

Specific foods (Food intolerance)

Airborne allergens (more than 400 items foods and allergens are tested)

Vitamin, Mineral & Amino Acid analysis

Toxins

Bacteria, Fungi and Parasites

Organ Imbalances

Herbal & homoeopathic remedies

During the food sensitivity screening more than 400 items are tested, for easy understanding and better organization the following allergens have been categorized into :

Food Sensitivities: This list contains foods that the patient may be sensitive to. Please remember if the patient is suffering from gut permeability (leaky gut syndrome) as a result from the gut lining being damaged which often accompanies conditions such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Crohn's, Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) or gut damage from certain drugs, then food macro-molecular structures are in fact capable of escaping through the gut lining into the blood stream causing an immune reaction. Once the gut is healed these food sensitivities often subside. Leaky Gut can be confirmed through additional testing – gut permeability testing.

Pollens: This list highlights specific pollens that the patient may be sensitive to.
Inhalants: These reactions identify specific factors that the patient may have

difficulty coping with and should therefore be avoided.
Environmental allergies: This list identifies external factors that may be affecting the patient's immune status.
Moulds/Spores: This list highlights specific moulds and spores that the patient is better avoiding. These reactions may not only suggest sensitivity in external environmental exposure but may also suggest a possible sensitivity internally i.e. possible intestinal yeast overgrowth. This can be further confirmed through additional testing.
Animal Hair: This list highlights specific animal hair and epithelia that the patient may react to.
Dust Extract: This list helps identify specific dust extracts that the patient may have difficulty tolerating.
Venoms: This highlights a list of venoms that patient could be sensitive to.

Food intolerance

It is important to differentiate between food intolerance and food allergies as the Irish Centre of Integrated Medicine conduct both. An allergy is a blood response to a foreign body. A substance that is in the bloodstream that does not belong to the body will have immunoglobulin’s produced against it, called IgE. These immunoglobulin’s, more commonly known as antibodies, attach to foreign matter and make that particle recognizable by the white blood cells that ingest such invaders. Where allergies are suspected an allergy test – blood test can be arranged and test 255 foods, or inhalant panel, preservatives panel etc. ICIM find that the blood test is still the most reliable way for the testing of ‘actual’ allergies.

Intolerance on the other hand is less well defined by the orthodox world but naturopathically would be considered to be a substance to which the body responds badly in any number of ways, such as nausea and vomiting, skin rash, diarrhoea, frequent urination and any other eliminative process. Some medical practitioners believe it is an energetic confrontation. All cells in the body resonate at a particular frequency and any foreign molecule whose electrons resonate in such a way as to inhibit or block the body's natural resonance is going to create an intolerance.

Food intolerance will often result from poor digestion (maldigestion – insufficient enzyme production by the body), intestinal infections, gut permeability, compromised immune status, stress, poor diet etc. These ‘allergy like reactions’ as opposed to ‘real or actual allergies’ will continue to affect the individual until such time as these digestive related problems continue. The cure is NOT removing the foods, but rather correcting the digestive disturbances. However, omitting the food intolerances can provide relief but NOT cure. A blood test that measures IgG reactions if sometimes implemented to identify ‘food intolerances’, but not a long-term solution.

With this information in mind ICIM often use bio-resonance as a pre-diagnostic tool to help identify some of the actual underlying causes to the development of ‘allergy like reactions’. ICIM always take an approach towards helping to correct the actual underlying cause rather that just a consequence of an imbalance.

Vitamin, Mineral & Amino Acid analysis

Nutritional Screening is carried out as past of the Bio-resonance testing. A print-out is available for this program and is often used to monitor patient improvement in terms of better absorption, assimilation. ICIM do not usually suggest a prescription of vitamin or minerals (unless deemed important), but rather strive towards helping patients improve their ability to absorb, digest and assimilate. This philosophy is based on the ideal that patients should be able to attain the proper nutrition that their body's need through healthy eating and diet.

Toxins

Toxicity can also be assessed using Bio-resonance testing. Where metals appear blood testing is often conducted to re-confirm such findings. Toxicity such as metals (mercury, tin, lead, arsenic, gold, silver, aluminium, titanium etc.), chemicals, environmental toxins, pesticides, beauty shop toxins, food additives, asbestos, industrial toxins, pharmaceutics, chlorine, vaccination, solvents and radiation may react.

Bacteria, Fungi and Parasites

The Bio-resonance medical device also tests for possible presence of microbial activity. Although no specific name can be diagnosed, it is particularly useful it identifying patients possible expose to bacteria, yeast, parasites, virus generally. ICIM often encourage confirmation through stool analysis, gut fermentation testing, blood testing etc.

Organ Imbalances

Organ weakness or support can be highlighted from Bio-resonance testing. Where liver, spleen, kidney, pancreatic imbalances are suspected ultrasound examinations and/or blood testing can be conducted to help confirm any possible imbalances. Organ weakness may not necessarily imply pathological changes.

Herbal & homoeopathic remedies

The SCIO Bio-resonance testing also provides the Practitioner with a list of all the possible herbs, homoeopathic remedies, Chinese and Ayurvedic medicines and tissue salts that could be beneficial to the patient.

Why should I have it done?

Feedback from existing medical doctors has confirmed an accuracy rate of between 85 - 95%. Testing helps provide general practitioners, consultants and health practitioners with information about factors that may be contributory towards patients' ill health. Often practitioners do not have all the answers towards a patients' ill state of health. This test provides the practitioner with very useful information helping to direct us towards identifying the underlying root of the patient's complaint. We often combine assessments at ICIM to provide patients with access to both conventional testing, ICIM assessments as well as pre-diagnostics. This approach allows us to consider and analyze areas that perhaps neither the patient nor practitioner may have thought of considering.

Why should I do it at ICIM?

Bioresonance testing can be helpful in complicated cases where possible underlying causes are still vague. It is another tool to help in the pre-diagnostic process. At ICIM you are experience a nice, relaxing experience with a friendly nurse to ease you into the test. At ICIM you won’t have to wait, if you have an appointment you will be seen at that time, no waiting, no fuss! At ICIM you are not just a number to be processed, you are a valuable patient with individual needs. Because Bioresonance testing at ICIM are by appointment only your advantages are:

What are the costs and protocols?

The cost of a bio-resonance test is €135.00 for the first consultation (90 mins) and €100 for follow up consultations (60 mins). ICIM always ask their patients to come fasting for at least 3 hours and drink no alcohol for 24 hours. If the patient is planning to have cholesterol levels checked then please come fasting for 12 hours.

How do I make an appointment?

To make an appointment you can call on 00353 45 844819 or email: info@icim.ie anytime. Clinical hours are between 9am – 6 pm, Monday - Friday. Visit us at: Irish Centre of Integrated Medicine, St. Johns Grove, Johnstown, Naas, Co. Kildare (See Map). Or visit our website: www.icim.ie
